Dario is a Principal at Arthur D. Little, based in the Milan office, and a member of the “Strategy & Organization” and “Operations and Information Management” Practices.

His main areas of expertise cover strategy definition, organizational design, change management, performance improvement and transformation programs in several industries.

Dario has managed complex projects in these areas, working mainly for financial institutions and telecommunications companies. Currently working in the “Public Services” practice, he contributes to the development of the public sector in Italy.

Since joining Arthur D. Little in 2008, Dario has been involved at all levels within organizations and has extensive experience with management of risks and problems in large programs. He is passionate and committed to client satisfaction and always pays special attention to people management and team motivation.

Dario holds an Executive Master in Corporate Finance and Banking from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Master’s degree in Statistics from Unisannio. He is fluent in Italian and English, and has good communication skills in Portuguese.
